Program Features

• Manage Do-Not-Call Lists -Some states require that you purchase a Do-Not-Call List - easily convert to ETSCOM Format then compare list you want to dial through before downloading.

• Use Disks With Presorted Phone Numbers - A number of companies provide residential phone number lists on computer disks. They are sorted by zip code, household income, age, dwelling unit size, etc. Now you can target your calls to improve Lead Count and quality!

• Enter Phone Lists Manually – Key in phone numbers using standard 7-digit entry or 4-digit entry methods, then save phone list to hard disk.

• Import Phone Lists From Other Programs – Work with phone lists made in word processing programs or contact management programs like Act! or from CD Rom programs like Select Phone from ProCD.

• Browse and Edit – Easily browse any list, then add and delete numbers or append one phone list to another.

• Upload Phone Numbers To Your PC – Send phone numbers already called by your Telecomputer, along with the result of each call made, to your PC for your analysis.

• Change Stats – Selectively change the calling statistics of a specific "Stat" category of numbers previously dialed by your Telecomputer.

• Sort Stats – Sort out a specified group of numbers with a given calling stat from a list previously dialed by your Telecomputer.

• Change Prefix – Area codes and dialing codes get changed by the telephone companies, and various new services such as Caller ID become available to subscribers. Old phone lists can be easily modified to include these new codes, saving you the time and effort of reentering numbers!

• Organize Phone Lists – Organize any phone list in ascending numeric order so that your Telecomputer can accept a larger quantity of numbers.

• Delete A Range Of Phone Numbers – Should your list inadvertently contain large blocks of phone numbers belonging to Hospitals, Government Agencies, etc., use this feature.

• Delete Phone Lists – Phone lists previously saved to the hard disk can be deleted at will (but once deleted – they are gone forever).

• Delete Duplicate Numbers – Accidental entry of duplicate numbers seems unavoidable. Also, at times, duplicate numbers are found in lists that are purchased. Use this feature to delete these duplicates out of the list.

• Convert Files – Phone numbers in a Parenthesis () Format database of Names, Addresses and Phone Numbers are converted so that they can be downloaded to your Telecomputer.

• Download Phone Numbers From Your PC – Send a phone list from your PC to your Telecomputer’s memory.

• Do Not Call Lists – If you have a Do Not Call list, you are able to compare a list of phone numbers you wish to dial with the Do Not Call List. Once compared, any numbers in the phone list you wish to call through that are found in the Do Not Call List will be automatically deleted.
